Meebo launches Meebome chat/IM widget - Myspace ready

Meebome Myspace widget Meebo, the company that brought simultaneous

web-based access to your instant messenger accounts, has just launched

a flash IM widget called Meebome. Upon registration, Meebome provides

you with a snippet of code that can be inserted anywhere into your

Myspace profile. This widget doubles as an instant messenger,

consolidating one or more of your IM accounts (AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ,

Jabber, Gtalk), and also allows you to chat with people visiting your

profile page. Unlike other chat applications, Gabbly comes to mind,

Meebome is not a group chat. Instead, either you or your visitor must

request permission to chat with the other. More details can be found
